Privacy Practices
Our work together is protected and confidential. There are exceptions to this: (1) If you request I disclose material; (2) If I am legally mandated; (3) If abuse is reported against a dependent like a child, someone who is elderly, and/or someone who is disabled or it is determined you are a danger to yourself or others.
Prices if not using Insurance (Private-Pay)
For individual sessions, I offer 53-minute sessions at $150 per session, and 80-minute sessions for $175 per session. For couples counseling and family therapy sessions, I offer 53-minute sessions at $175 per session and 80-minute sessions for $200 per session.

If you need a sliding scale fee, just let me know and we can discuss options and what you are able to manage with your specific financial situation.
Crisis Care
I do not provide 27/7 on call services. If you are having a crisis, you can reach out to one of these three 24/7 emergency lines: (1) 911; (2) The local Mobile Crisis at 888-573-1006; (3) Vaya at 1-800-849-6127. Vaya also offers assistance for hearing impaired by dialing their main line and then dialing 711.
Another option would be to visit the nearest emergency room.
Good Faith Estimate
As a paying client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate determining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare service, including counseling services. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate you can dispute the bill. You will receive a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Insurance
I accept private pay, BCBS, Aetna, and Aetna CVS insurance. I will accept the Aetna State Plan starting January 1, 2026. For all other insurance providers, out of network superbills can be provided so you can pursue reimbursement directly.

Any time you choose to use insurance for therapy, the therapist is required to give a diagnosis. This diagnosis is part of your insurance record. For this reason, many people choose not to use insurance and instead, move forward with private pay. This is something we can discuss.
